Located in the Bandra Kurla Complex, the headquarters for JSW is one of the largest completely open office complexes in Mumbai.  The building is designed to achieve a LEED Platinum rating, and incorporates not only the most advanced sustainable building technologies, but also the latest concepts in corporate office design and configuration.  With its large atrium inside and the entirety of the exterior glazed with a high-performance double skin, the building will receive maximum natural light while maintaining extremely efficient systems operations.   Burt Hill is working with developer Orbit Corp on the project.

The award for the fire rated duct to Newkem Products Corp. the local licensee of Firespray International Ltd is significant not only due to the prestigious nature of the building but also because to our knowledge it is the first pressurisation fire rated duct project in India. Approx. 5,000M2 of Flamebar BW11 will be applied prior to the opening of the building next year.
